Can i cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order from the “ORDERS” menu in your account.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.

In this situation, we suggest you contact us and cancel the incorrect order.

Thereafter, we recommend you place a new order for your desired item(s) on our website at your own convenience.

How long will my order take to arrive?
  • Morocco:: Between 1 - 2 working days
  • Europe: Between 1 – 5 working days
  • North America-South America- Middle East-Asia: Between 3 – 7 working days
  • Africa:: Between 3 - 7 working days
Where can i receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box).

How do I place an order?

To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

How much do i pay for delivery service?

Delivery fees vary depending on the market.

What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with the relevant information. You can also contact them directly to schedule a new delivery. Please note that you will need to provide them with your tracking number.

How long do i have to return an item?

Returns can be made within 7 days from date of delivery.

Do i have to pay anything to return my items?

Yes. Return shipping costs vary depending on the market. They will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
